Concept: The Thoughtprovoking Theatre
From the very beginning, Megalomania 999 wanted to create a concept based on the right combination of megalomania and self-irony. In the end, we invented two characters and threw them into a heated discussion about lifestyle and personality.
The discussion grows more and more intense through 10 songs dealing with topics we consider relevant for almost any metalhead. This is not the right place to disclose how it all ends, but rest assured that self-irony plays a certain role in this thought provoking theatre.
Some of the songs describe the way we already live our lives, but quite a few songs unfortunately still remain goals rather than an actual description of ourselves. Nevertheless, the strength of the concept is precisely the fact that it has made us focus on our own strengths and weaknesses.
We hope the songs will be of guidance to some of you too, but no matter what, the concept has already proved its worth. AFTER ALL IT IS NOT EVERY DAY THAT MEGALOMANIACS LEARN THAT THEY MAY NOT BE AS COOL AS THEY THINK...
